Pole Dancing Classes

Welcome to our flagship pole fitness classes!   We have been teaching these pole series classes for 17 years, and they get better each time!  In each level, pole tricks are taught along with transitional moves, floorwork, and a routine you can customize to be your very own.  You won't just learn pole moves, you will learn to dance!  Our level 1 and level 1 & 2 classes combined are perfect for the absolute beginner!

This is an 8 week series that continues through multiple levels and builds upon the previous skills you have learned.  Our pole classes are a beautiful combination of strength, flexibility, and sensuality.  This is so much more than a fitness class. It is a form of movement that will reshape your body and your self-image. This is truly something so powerful and freeing; everyone deserves to experience it.  Get ready for the most exciting journey of your life!
