Aerial Silks Essentials Classes

Aerial Sling Essentials Classes
Inspired by the magic of the circus, Aerial Sling blends strength, flow, and creativity in the soft embrace of a hammock suspended from the ceiling. You’ll swing, spin, and wrap yourself into stunning shapes you never imagined—feeling playful, powerful, and beautifully free.
This 4‑week series is all about building comfort and trust in the sling while learning foundational skills, safe technique, and creative flow elements. Expect plenty of fun and moves that make you feel weightless and free.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga combines the acrobatic arts with traditional hatha and vinyasa yoga. Asanas are done using a soft fabric sling that is suspended from the ceiling. It’s benefits include spinal decompression, pain relief, and assistance in inversions and other poses. This class is challenging, but also comforting and playful.
