Down and Dirty Floorwork

Want a class to get in touch with your body's instinctual movement? Come get down and dirty in this non apparatus based class to learn basic dance movement, choreography, and improv expansion. No prior dance experience needed. Shoes are not required, but knee pads and leg warmers highly recommended.
