I've been taking classes at Tease for over 3 years now. I have tried other studios closer to my home, but after going to Tease first, none of these other places have even come close to measuring up. Tease Dance and Fitness is an amazing place for women or all ages, sizes and skill levels. It's been the part of my week where I am with friends who support me in everything they I do. We support each other when we struggle and we cheer each other one when we succeed! We sweat together and dance together! It is an amazing place for women who want a judgement free place to try a new workout! You don't need to take a class with friends, because after your first few classes, you will have a class full of friends.

Tease is such a wonderful place for a woman to gain strength, confidence, capability, and motivation. The classes are amazingly unique, empowering and adjustable. I absolutely love Tease! I remembered when it was a small shop off Wherli/75th and have watched it grow over the years. The teachers are amazing with all the different dance forms. I particularly like there is no body shaming.. No matter your body size/weight or if you are out of shape...got rolls and cellulite...you will find a dance style that makes you feel strong and sexy!! It is a personal journey and wherever you start there is always positive energy and excitement for every step - big or small. I love Tease and I plan on restarting my journey again. I will try to keep this review short and sweet (because I could go on and on about how Tease Dance & Fitness changed my life) so I will just say that I’ve gotten so much more out of pole dancing classes than I ever expected. What started out as something fun to do with a few girlfriends in 2010, has turned into my journey of becoming a more confident, empowered and strong version of myself. I’ve met so many amazing, supportive women that have provided a safe space for me to be vulnerable and an environment that is free of judgement.

I have been going to Tease since the beginning of 2023 and I’m so happy I decided to give pole a chance! The amount of time, hard work, and dedication the teachers put into making class feel like our 2nd home is beyond amazing. I remember at the beginning of my pole journey I wanted to quit. I didn’t feel that I was progressing enough. My instructors always encouraged me to keep moving forward and be easy on myself. They gave exercises to help strengthen the muscles that needed a little extra help and had alternative moves to help us transition to the ones we struggle with. I have fell in love with pole and now have a way to exercise while having fun and learning safely! I’m so happy to be apart of team tease ❤️.

I was a student here for a few years, and I absolutely wouldn't be where I am today without it. I was still new to pole and aerial arts when I joined, so the warmth and welcoming environment has had a very big impact on me. I've made so many friends during my time here, and feel truly honored to have learned from some amazing instructors. This place is like a big family, that welcomes you in the second you walk in the door. My only regret is not taking more classes while I still lived in the area!
